Breaking Free from Generational Trauma | Diane Sorensen

Diane Sorensen shares her experience of growing up in a family where she was constantly scrutinized and criticized. This led to a fear of speaking and a need to perform for others' approval. As an adult and a mother herself, she unintentionally repeated this pattern with her own children, until her daughter's self-harm made her realize the extent of their family's generational trauma. Diane acknowledges her own past self-destructive behaviors and realizes the need to love and accept herself. The talk concludes with a message of breaking free from conditioning and turning pain into power.
