Momentum Membership Terms and Conditions

  1. Membership Duration and Renewal

    • Term: The membership is valid for a period of six months
    • Renewal: Members will be notified of renewal options closer to the end of their membership term.

  2. Payment and Refund Policy

    • Payment: Full payment is required to secure a membership spot.
    • Refund: All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once the membership term begins.

  3. Class Attendance and Participation

    • Attendance: Members are encouraged to attend all scheduled classes to reap the full benefits of the membership.

  4. Certification Requirements

    • Eligibility: To be eligible for the Momentum Speaker Certification, members must fulfill all the requirements outlined in the certification guidelines.
    • Revocation: The organization reserves the right to revoke certification if a member fails to adhere to the standards and guidelines set forth.

  5. Complimentary Access to 2024 Speaker Slam Events

    • Inclusions: Members are entitled to complimentary tickets to five main Speaker Slam competitions in 2024, available for both live and virtual attendance.
    • Grand Slam Event: Complimentary access to the Grand Slam event is available for virtual attendance only; in-person attendance is not included in the membership.

  6. Code of Conduct

    • Respect: Members are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor at all times.
    • Harassment: Any form of harassment will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the membership program.

  7. Intellectual Property

    • Materials: All materials provided as part of the membership program are protected by copyright and are for personal use only.
    • Reproduction: Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of materials is strictly prohibited.

  8. Privacy Policy

    • Personal Information: Members' personal information will be handled in accordance with the organization's privacy policy.
    • Confidentiality: Members are expected to maintain the confidentiality of information shared within the community.

  9. Changes to the Program

    • Modifications: The organization reserves the right to modify the program, including changing the class schedule or guest speakers.
    • Notification: Members will be notified of any significant changes to the program in a timely manner.

  10. Limitation of Liability

    • Liability: The organization shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the membership program.

  11. Governing Law

    • Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which your organization is based.
